Honestly. . . there is no way that Multinational Memphis can help the vast numbers of refugees/immigrants in Memphis without wonderful volunteers and staff. And, because we always try to have at least one leader for every 3-4 kids, an army of folks is needed to give the kids the individual help that they need.
In addition to the 125 volunteers that show up each month, Multinational Memphis also hires several dozen paid tutors for the children. We call these "Program Assistants." Program assistants must commit to a regular work schedule and have had previous significant involvement with Multinational Memphis.
